Saturday November 25, 2017, 10am to 4pm
Sport PEI, Enman Crescent, Charlottetown
To do that, an experienced and independent facilitator will host a workshop where we will discuss questions such as:
Is there a desire to grow the flat water competitive rowing program on PEI? A high performance program?
Is it feasible to have a vibrant flat water competitive rowing program on PEI?
Is there a desire to have a competitive coastal rowing program on PEI?
If yes, what will it take to get there? What are our assets? What are our gaps?
Information from the workshop will inform a report and recommendations to the Board of Directors of Rowing PEI.
Who should attend?
Rowing PEI members with an interest in competitive rowing
Individuals with a background in competitive rowing – as an athlete, coach and/or volunteer
Individuals with a background in competitive sport planning, program delivery and/or governance
An open mind and a desire to contribute to sport are the most important criteria.
Participation by Skype and/or teleconference can be arranged.
To RSVP and for more information, please contact Lea Bryden at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure we have enough food and space, please let us know by November 20th if
