They also must contact one of the designated safeties (Nancy or Brian) when they go out and when they return.Program description:
$350 base membership = unlimited coastal rowing
Coached sessions (Monday and Wednesday evening)
(combination of coastal/flat water boats)
2x per week for 4 weeks = $65
Session 1 – June 29th – July 15th
Session 2 – July 27-August 19th
Regatta Preparation (flat water boats)
Session 1 – June 29th – July 19th
Session 2 – July 27-August 21st
5:30 a.m. 3x per week for 4 weeks for Nova Scotia Sprints = $100
5:30 a.m. 3x per week for 4 weeks for Red Island Regatta = $100
Coastal Row – An opportunity for any member to go out and row in our coastal doubles and singles and possibly coastal quad
Learn to Row – Novice rowers will get their on the water experience after completing the on land training. LTRs will get to try both the quad and double as part of the program.
Junior program – Returning juniors will have coached sessions three mornings a week, plus two evening sessions.
New Junior rowers – Our new junior rowers will train once a week together (Sunday time TBA) but will also take part in the other open rows on the schedule.
