Canadian Navigable Waters Act
Rowing Prince Edward Island hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, Rowing Prince Edward Island has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 2024-211774, a description of the following work: Nautical sports course (4 buoys) on the Hillsborough River in front of the Brighton Beach Front Range Lighthouse.

Nautical sports utilities structure
This is a very simple project that will not interfere in any way with navigation in the area. We drop the anchors with buoys attached in late May and remove them at the end of the rowing season in late September/early October, depending on the weather.
